Leading with Compassion Workshops series is a Leadership Development program that employs a multiple of educational and practical tools to build leadership capacity. The program uses a combination of onsite and online training and networking techniques, including workshops, intensive courses, network development skills, and practical projects.

The program is particularly designed to address the needs of the American Muslim Community. It draws on the Qur’anic teaching and Prophetic traditions, while addressing timely issues and concerns.

 
The fees cover the cost of the workshop package which include:

• Resource Book. The book titled Leading with Compassion: Anchoring Leadership Practices in Prophetic Traditions by Louay Safi, is written particularly to address the needs and challenges facing the American Muslim community.
• Work Book. The book provides learning tools, case studies, and hands on training situations and exercises. The Work Book is designed to help participants practice and internalize the various concepts learned during the presentation.
• Lecture DVD for future reference.
• Resource CD for important resources and reference materials, including model bylaws, best practices of Islamic centers, an electronic copy of the book, and PowerPoint show.
• Online Lectures, reading, and quizzes.
