7 steps to organize Leading with Compassion Workshop:
1.You either select the training units from a list or fillout a Need Assessment Form and we will design a training program that addresses your community needs.
2.Together we agree on the training agenda and dates.
3.We print the training agenda and flyer and send them to you to advertise the program in your community.
4.We contact the instructors and book their flights.
5.Youarrange the venue, publicize the program in your community, and take care of local logistics.
6.We arrange the online registration.Together we decide the appropriate fees for participants or agree on alternative arrangements to cover the program cost.
7.We ship the workshop materials to your address.
Cost
ISNA is a non-profit organization, the training fees are used to cover the cost of material and operation.
The tuition fees for enrollment in the training are $85 per person for a one-weekend workshop. The community must guarantee a minimum of 25 participants per workshop.
The Tuition for the four week training is $195 per person. The community may opt for group fees of $5000 pre worship series of four weeks. That entitles the community to enroll up to 50 persons.
The fees are intended to cover the workshop cost and ensure that ILDC will continue to provide the services. ILDC will not deny request for training by Communities with limited revenues, and will work with the community leaders to find sponsorship.
The cost of the workshop package is inclusive. With it you receive: Resource Book, Work Book, DVD of lectures, CD with resources and reference materials, and access for online training.
ILDC Responsibilities
Provide copies of the training agenda to participants
Prepare flyers and/or posters for publicity campaign
Contact speakers and book their flights and hotels
Provided sufficient copies of the training manual to participants
Provide certificate of attendance and completion to participants
Community Responsibilities
Publicize the workshop in the local and nearby communities
Provide a suitable venue for the workshop
Organize the registration and provide ILDC with registration record
Provide refreshments for breaks and arrange for lunch.
Provide ILDC representatives with direction information and maps to the workshop location and recommend nearby hotel
Help with audio-visual equipment such as LCD overhead projector, flip charts, etc.
