In addition to basic leadership training offered as part of its regular training, ILDC offers special training programs that cater to the special needs of the community. ILDC will do a Needs Assessment analysis, and recommend additional training designed specifically to address the community needs. Additional training may include:

6. Family and Youth Counseling
7. Non-Profit Organization Law
